UniSkills Events

UniSkills Events are a series of weekly activities designed to keep you on track during your first year at Uni. These events offer a great opportunity for you to meet new friends or catch up with students in different faculties who you might not otherwise see.

We try to schedule the events on different days of the week and times of the day to fit in with a variety of timetables.

UniSkills Welcome Lunch

Welcome to UWA and UniSkills. 

UniSkills Panel – “Who do I ask?”
Week 2 - Tuesday 2^nd March, 1.00 – 2.00 pm      

The UniSkills team assembles a panel of the most important people you will need to know on campus - the ones who can give you good answers. This year’s session will be run in conjunction with the Business school and the panel will include staff members from Student Admin, Student Services, the Business School and UniSkills.

Week 3 - Thursday 11^th March, 3.00 - 5.00 pm

Drop in and meet some new friends. 

UniSkills Afternoon Tea
Week 4 - Wednesday 17^th March, 2.00 - 4.00 pm

Meet some more UniSkills friends in a relaxed atmosphere.

Mature Age Coffee Morning
Week 5 – Monday 22^nd March, 10.00 - 11.30 am

Catch up with other mature age students on campus. 

UniSkills Drop in Brunch
Week 5 – Tuesday 23^rd March, 9.30 - 11.30 am

Drop in before, in between or after classes for some breakfast and a chat.

UniSkills Winthrop Tower Tour
Week 6 – Tuesday 30^th March, 1.00 - 2.00 pm

Meet at Winthrop Hall. The view is fantastic, so bring your camera.
