Registration is open to current students studying second year and above in the Graduate Entry Medical Program in 2009.

The mentor team will only communicate with you via your university email account. Please ensure it is activated and you check it regularly.

TRAINING AVAILABILITY
All NEW mentors are required to attend a MENTOR TRAINING SESSION. If you have been a mentor before, leave blank.

MENTOR TRAINING OPTIONS

 Wednesday 15th April between 9am and 10am
 Thursday 16th April between 1pm and 2pm

I Accept The Following Agreement
If accepted as a mentor I agree to attend a training session, and to fulfil the obligations outlined in the training session and the Mentor Guidebook. If at any point I am unable to fulfil my obligations I will let the UniMentor Coordinator know as soon as possible. I agree to keep confidential any information my mentees pass onto me if they require it. I agree that my name and contact details (telephone and email) can be passed on to the students I am mentoring.
