Are you in second year or above at UWA? Are you searching for ways in which you can assist students new to UWA with their transition to University? Working in volunteer (or paid) positions is a great way to give something back to the Uni community, as well as gaining valuable experience that looks good on your CV. Please check out out some of the following opportunities: Kick Off Crew(UniStart) - Students assist with O Week activities including O Quest on Kick Off Day, helping new students with their transition and answering questions along the way. Mentor (UniMentor) - provides commencing students and Mentors with a great opportunity to share ideas and knowledge while at the same time easing the transition into university. Uni Role Model (UniDiscovery) - if you are willing to go out to your old school or other schools and speak to secondary students about your experiences at UWA you may wish to consider becoming a Uni Role Model.
