2008 UniStart Survey

Thank you for taking the time to fill out this survey. We are always looking for ways we can improve the early experiences of first year students and you can help us do that by giving us your feedback about your recent experience with the enrolment and orientation process here.

It should only take you around five minutes to complete the survey. All responses will be treated with confidentiality, so please don't hold back! We want to hear the good, the bad and everything in between.

To be in the running for the prize, you will need to provide a phone number where we can contact you if you win. Completed surveys must be submitted by 5.00pm on Friday 6th June to go in the draw. The prize will be drawn on Monday 9th June 2008 and the winner notified by phone to the number supplied.
